Brothers Adam and Andrew Erace are on a mission to find hidden food treasures across America. Food critic Adam and gourmet grocery store owner Andrew are looking for unexpected, delicious culinary items that can potentially be sold at Andrew's store. The siblings travel to locations including farm stands and hole-in-the-wall eateries, where they find such delicacies as macaroni-and-cheese pie and fudge brownies topped with bacon. More unusual locations where the Eraces discover unique items include a community firehouse in Pennsylvania, where tangy bacon marmalade is made.
